In short: this website uses no analytics or advertising cookies and loads nothing from other servers. What you write in the enquiry form is sent to us by e-mail and is not stored on the website. We use it only to answer you.

3. How the form works

• The form is sent over an encrypted connection and delivered by e-mail to office@govcrest.ro. The website does not keep a copy of your message.
• You receive a short automatic confirmation that your message has arrived (without a copy of the message).
• Spam protection does not use reCAPTCHA or any external service: we use a hidden field, a time check and a limit on the number of messages per IP address. For that limit we keep, for at most two days, only an irreversible hash of the IP address, which cannot identify you.
• Consent is optional, but without it we cannot answer through the form – you can always call or e-mail us directly instead.

4. Who receives the data

Only Govcrest staff dealing with your request. Technical providers – the website host and the e-mail provider – process the data on our behalf under data processing agreements. Where your enquiry requires it (e.g. a transport quote), we may share the strictly necessary cargo details – not your personal data – with carriers or freight partners. We do not sell data and we do not send it outside the European Economic Area.

5. Cookies

This website does not use analytics, advertising or social media cookies and does not load fonts, maps, videos or scripts from other servers. That is why it does not show a cookie banner. If we ever add such services, they will only run after you agree, and you will be able to change your choice at any time from this page.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. Write to office@govcrest.ro or to our head office; we answer within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the Romanian Data Protection Authority – ANSPDCP, B-dul G-ral. 7. Security

The website runs over HTTPS, has no database and no user accounts, sets strict security headers and blocks content from other origins. Messages are deleted from our mailboxes when they are no longer needed.
